24th Annual Carp & Sucker Derby
Instead of disappointment after catching the lowly carp and sucker, here’s an afternoon devoted to prizes for catching rough fish. Date: Wednesday, August 4th from 1:00-5:00 P.M. at the Kidder Recreation Area on the northside of Wahpeton. Trophies will be awarded for the 10 largest carp or suckers. Open to all youths, high school age or younger. Entry fee: Free.
