Several thousand are as far north as Highway 2 in the Devils Lake and Grand Forks areas. Many more are still many observed in the Jamestown and Fargo areas. The temperature in Bismarck today and tomorrow calls for highs near 70, with highs for the end of the week around 50 with a chance of rain Wednesday and Thursday. Hunters are reminded to be cognizant of road conditions, with many deemed impassible. It is important to maintain positive hunter-landowner relations by using proper discretion on suspect roadways.
